Southwest Regional Sales Representative

This is a remote position, travel is required throughout the Southeast USA. Candidates located in FL, GA, AL, MS, SC are preferred.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Southwest Regional Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Southwest region, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering strong client relationships within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders in the food and beverage sector.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the distribution team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to management.
Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the company's offerings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, in the food and beverage packaging industry.
Strong skills in packaging, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
Willingness to travel within the Southwest region as needed.
