Process Engineer
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes to enhance quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. The Process Engineer will leverage their expertise in chemical engineering and data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct process optimization and improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Design and implement manufacturing processes and equipment to meet production goals.
- Apply LEAN methodologies and Six Sigma principles to streamline operations and improve quality control.
- Analyze process data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Develop and execute project management plans for process-related projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements throughout all processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques and methodologies.
- Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma practices.
- Experience in quality control and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Strong project management abilities and experience leading projects.
- Ability to design equipment and processes that meet operational needs.
