Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a strong background in process manufacturing and tool design, as well as hands-on experience in a production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design and improve manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Develop and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Create and review tool designs to support efficient production operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to equipment and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on production goals and standards.
Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for non-conformance resolution.
Manage projects related to manufacturing process development and efficiency improvements.
Conduct training for production staff on new processes and technologies.
Utilize 3D Solid Modeling software, such as Solid Works, for design and simulation purposes.
Document processes and maintain records in compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of process manufacturing and tool design principles.
Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics systems.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing techniques and principles.
Proven track record in manufacturing process development and production efficiency.
Excellent problem-solving skills and troubleshooting ability.
Strong project management skills and experience leading projects in a manufacturing setting.
Proficient in MS Office applications and 3D Solid Modeling software.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
