Description:
An established law firm based in Phoenix with over 25 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1+ years of experience in civil litigation to join their insurance defense team. This is an opportunity to work with one of the region's most respected litigation groups, handling a wide range of insurance defense matters including personal injury, general liability, and premises liability cases.
Offer:
Salary range: $115,000-$150,000, contingent on experience

Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in civil litigation, ideally focused on insurance defense
Experience with depositions, law and motion work, and case evaluations
Strong writing and analytical skills
Arizona Bar admission in good standing
Responsibilities:
Managing a caseload of insurance defense matters from intake to resolution
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
Appearing at hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
Advising clients and insurance carriers on liability and exposure
