Construction Project Engineer

Position Overview
The Construction Project Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of construction projects. This role focuses on ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with project management.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Prepare and review project documentation, including estimates, schedules, and reports.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including clients and team members.
Implement quality control measures to ensure project specifications are met.
Assist in resolving any technical issues that arise on-site.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in construction management software and project scheduling tools.
Experience with Multifamily and Commercial Groundup construction projects is preferred.
