Traveling Superintendent / Site Manager

Position Overview
The Traveling Superintendent / Site Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects at various sites, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a deep understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Provide leadership and direction to construction teams on-site.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or Site Manager.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Experience in managing commercial construction projects, including schools and churches.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to travel frequently to various project sites.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
