Tax Senior

Position Overview
The Tax Senior will play a crucial role in managing tax compliance and preparation for our clients. This position requires a strong understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide excellent service while ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Assist clients with tax planning strategies to optimize their tax positions.
Conduct detailed reviews of tax returns prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
Coordinate with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for tax preparation.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding their tax positions and any potential issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
CPA eligible or CPA licensed preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and compliance.
Strong knowledge of individual and business tax regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
