Tax Senior - Hybrid

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Tax Senior to join our team in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax preparation and a proven track record in handling both individual and business tax returns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with tax regulations while providing excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review individual and business tax returns in compliance with regulations
Conduct tax research to stay updated on current laws and regulations
Assist clients in understanding tax obligations and benefits
Identify tax issues and propose solutions to optimize tax positions
Mentor and guide junior staff in tax preparation processes
Conduct tax reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of filings

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation
Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations for both individuals and businesses
Experience with tax software and preparation tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
CPA Eligibility is preferred but not required
Experience in tax review is a plus
