Tax Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing tax compliance and planning for both individual and business clients, ensuring all tax returns are accurately prepared and submitted in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review all aspects of tax compliance for individual and business tax returns.
Provide strategic tax planning and advice to clients, focusing on minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing tax efficiency.
Supervise and mentor junior tax staff, providing guidance and support on technical tax issues.
Conduct thorough reviews of tax returns and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and implement necessary changes in tax strategies.
Develop relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions.

Qualifications

CPA certification is required.
Proven experience in tax management and preparation of individual and business tax returns.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
Experience with high-net-worth individual (HNWI) tax returns and real estate taxation is a plus.
