Position Overview
The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in the production and delivery of products. This role is critical in optimizing manufacturing processes, coordinating production schedules, and implementing best practices in supply chain management to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage and optimize manufacturing processes and production schedules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and streamline operations.
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and initiate improvements as needed.
Implement Six Sigma methodologies to enhance quality and reduce waste.
Utilize ERP and SAP systems to manage inventory, procurement, and logistics effectively.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager or in a similar role within manufacturing.
Strong understanding of production scheduling and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
Experience with ERP and SAP systems is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
