Position Overview
The Superintendent will oversee and manage all facets of project documentation, scheduling, safety and quality control, budgeting, cost control, and building and maintaining strong partnerships. This role requires strong leadership skills, overseeing field workers, and upholding superior client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily construction operations and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to safety regulations, working closely with Safety Managers.
  • Prepare and manage project schedules.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial management of the projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to plan and execute project goals.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction management across commercial projects.
  • Previous self-perform experience or direct experience managing concrete, metal framing, and/or rough carpentry crews required.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management software, including MS Project, P6 or SureTrak, and CMiC.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
