Position Overview
The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors, across commercial and light industrial projects in Wyoming.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, schedules, and work plans.
  • Manage resources and materials effectively to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Inspect construction sites regularly to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and resource optimization.
  • Lead and mentor construction teams, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in construction, particularly in commercial, light industrial and municipal projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
  • Experience with K-12 educational and Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) construction projects is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus.
