IT Manager - Business Applications, ERP, CRM, Marketing, Data
Salary - up to $175,000 depending on experience plus 25% bonus
Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote
Position Overview
We are a small company with a private equity partner, looking for our first IT Manager who will own all the business applications, including integrating them, the data warehouse, managing the IT roadmap and strategic direction. We are looking to create enterprise level applications and integrating the companies we partner with via M&A. As the IT Leader, your guidance on our ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, reporting all the way to our marketing systems and our website are in your hands! Our infrastructure is in the hands of a MSP, so your focus is business applications.
As a small company, this is an individual hands-on role (to start) working closely with vendors and leading as a player/coach, eventually building a team in time.
