Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with die attach machine experience to join our team. This role will focus on high-precision microelectronic assembly, prototype creation, and process development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermoelectric or microelectronics manufacturing engineering principles and a passion for advancing technology in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and program Datacon die attach machinery.
Lead initiatives to improve processes while maintaining compliance with MIL-STD-883 standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing defects and process failures.
Actively participate in machine assembly and setup

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in microelectronics or semiconductor assembly
Experience in programming and operating die attach machines, preferably Datacon.
Knowledge in solder paste applications a plus.
Experience with MIL-STD-883 compliance and quality assurance practices in manufacturing a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
