With a team that has over 100 years of experience in solid-state cooling, thermoelectric devices and structures, and thermal management, we provide environmentally friendly, sustainable solid-state heating, cooling, and energy harvesting technologies with ground-breaking efficiencies.

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with die attach machine experience to join our team. This role will focus on high-precision microelectronic assembly, prototype creation, and process development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thermoelectric or microelectronics manufacturing engineering principles and a passion for advancing technology in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and program Datacon die attach machinery.
  • Lead initiatives to improve processes while maintaining compliance with MIL-STD-883 standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement manufacturing solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing defects and process failures.
  • Actively participate in machine assembly and setup

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in microelectronics or semiconductor assembly
  • Experience in programming and operating die attach machines, preferably Datacon.
  • Knowledge in solder paste applications a plus.
  • Experience with MIL-STD-883 compliance and quality assurance practices in manufacturing a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
