Senior Designer - Architecture | Design

Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Designer in Architecture to join our innovative design team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading design projects, collaborating with clients, and ensuring the highest quality of architectural design and execution. Specializing in Sports, Complexes, Athletics, and Performances Centers but seeking talented individuals across all typologies!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept through completion.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into innovative design solutions.
Create detailed architectural drawings and specifications using Revit and AutoCAD.
Ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and other regulations throughout the design process.
Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
Mentor and guide junior designers and interns in design best practices and technical skills.
Participate in project presentations and client meetings to communicate design intent and progress.
Contribute to urban planning initiatives and integrated design approaches.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
Proficiency in Revit and other software is essential.
Experience with urban planning projects is a plus.
Licensed Architect (AIA and NCARB certification preferred not mandatory).
Strong technical design skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
