Senior Associate Attorney - Trusts & Estates Litigation (1600 Billables)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Attorney specializing in Trusts & Estates Litigation. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel, represent clients in complex litigation matters, and manage trust administration issues. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning and dispute resolution, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal representation and advice to clients in Trusts & Estates litigation matters
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and outcomes
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
  • Manage trust administration processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to develop effective legal strategies
  • Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff in Trusts & Estates law

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the State Bar
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trusts & Estates litigation
  • Strong understanding of trust administration and related legal issues
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
