Senior Associate Attorney - Trusts & Estates Litigation (1600 Billables)

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Attorney specializing in Trusts & Estates Litigation. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel, represent clients in complex litigation matters, and manage trust administration issues. This role requires a deep understanding of estate planning and dispute resolution, as well as a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal representation and advice to clients in Trusts & Estates litigation matters
Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct legal research to support case strategies and outcomes
Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
Manage trust administration processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws
Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external parties to develop effective legal strategies
Mentor and guide junior attorneys and legal staff in Trusts & Estates law

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active membership in the State Bar
Minimum of 4 years of experience in Trusts & Estates litigation
Strong understanding of trust administration and related legal issues
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships
