Sales Manager

Position Overview
The Sales Manager will oversee and drive the sales strategy for our construction division, focusing on building relationships with clients and maximizing revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and construction sales to effectively lead the sales team and achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction industry.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights for business strategies.
