Roofing Superintendent

Position Overview
The Roofing Superintendent is responsible for overseeing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills in roofing applications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage roofing crew and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.
Plan and schedule roofing projects, including material procurement and manpower allocation.
Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with project managers, clients, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and inventory logs.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Roofing Superintendent or similar role.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
