Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Territory Manager to oversee and expand our operations in the designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring the effective delivery of our products and services in the steel and aluminum fabrication sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and lead initiatives to expand market share in the region.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources to meet customer demands.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the steel and aluminum fabrication industries.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes and related industrial equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in business development and managing multiple accounts in a competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and their application in the industry is a plus.
