Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in real estate law and be responsible for providing legal guidance on various real estate transactions and issues. This role offers an opportunity to work on a diverse range of real estate matters, including commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to real estate transactions.
Conduct legal research and analysis on real estate laws, regulations, and case law.
Represent clients in real estate disputes and litigation, if necessary.
Assist clients in navigating zoning and land use issues.
Work collaboratively with clients, real estate agents, and other professionals involved in transactions.
Prepare and file necessary documentation with relevant government agencies.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active state bar license to practice law.
4+ years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactions and litigation.
Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Experience with retail leasing and industrial developments is a plus.
