Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Tracy, CA - Ability to commute and visit sites as needed in the area

Salary: $125k - $150k DOE, Full Benefits

Requirements: 4+ Years of Project Management experience in Heavy Civil Construction; project values up to $30M, Paving, grading, CalTrans experience, Primavera/P6, MS Office/Project, Budget, Scheduling

We are California's premier heavy civil paving, grading, underground, and infrastructure firms. We specialize in complex road and freeway projects, including paving, grading, sanitary, storm, and water work. What you will be doing:

You will plan, direct, and coordinate, usually through Superintendent or Foreman, activities concerned with the construction of awarded projects. You will ensure the completion of one or more field projects in accordance with design, specifications, budget, and schedule. This role has responsibility for establishing administrative and technical direction and providing oversight management of assigned field projects.

Needs:

4+ years as a Construction Project Manager, specifically in Paving, Grading, Civil Projects is required
Bachelor's degree in Construction related fields preferred
Comfortable with most construction softwares - Primavera/P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, Procore, etc.
Budgeting, Estimating, Designs, Scheduling and all functions of Project Management
Communicates well and understands timelines for all levels of the business
