Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications, while effectively managing teams and communicating with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure all project documentation is complete and maintained accurately.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards.
- Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in residential, commercial, or municipal settings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
