Commercial Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead various commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of commercial construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project development including planning, design, and construction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial constraints.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain quality control.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns as they arise.
• Prepare and present project proposals, status reports, and final deliverables to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects including ground-up builds and tenant improvements across various sectors including healthcare, corporate offices, retail/hospitality, life sciences, etc.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
