Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for healthcare facility design and construction? We're looking for a Healthcare Project Manager to join our team in Dallas!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage healthcare facility projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality and compliance.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and pursue business development opportunities.
Oversee proposal development, contract management, and project billing.
Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure MEP requirements are met, including ventilation, medical gas systems, and specialized electrical needs.
Ensure all projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and client expectations.
Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout project lifecycles.
Mentor and evaluate team members to support professional growth.

Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural Engineering (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or fire protection emphasis) + 5 years of experience
- Ideal candidate will have consulting and engineer experience
Strong knowledge of healthcare facility MEP systems (medical gas, electrical, plumbing)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and client relationships
