Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal construction projects, particularly with USACE and NAVFAC, and will bring expertise in roadwork to the team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with federal agencies, including USACE and NAVFAC, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven experience managing federal construction projects, specifically with USACE and NAVFAC.
Strong knowledge of roadwork and related construction processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
