Project Manager/Estimator

For over 50 years, we've provided deign, building, and maintenance for some of the most iconic commercial landscape in California and Hawaii. Our portfolio includes, resorts, college campuses, sports arenas, and museums. Our reputation in our respective markets for delivering beautiful and timely results have garnered us much repeat business and we're growing, looking to add a Project Manager to our SoCal office.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed estimates for landscaping projects, including materials, labor, and equipment costs.
Manage multiple landscaping projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet client expectations.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate project progress and resolve any issues that arise.
Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
Conduct risk assessments and provide solutions to manage potential project risks.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, budget, and timelines.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the landscaping industry or a related field.
Strong estimating skills with a focus on landscaping projects.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
