Job Description: As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will oversee and manage industrial painting and coatings projects from inception to completion. You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage industrial painting and coatings projects
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and expectations
Oversee project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
Manage and supervise subcontractors and on-site personnel
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project
Maintain detailed project documentation and reports
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure project success

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial painting or coatings industry
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
