What You'll Do:
- Lead the construction of high-end custom homes, managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and designers throughout the build
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and timely execution on all job sites
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep projects on track and on budget
- Solve problems proactively and maintain a calm, professional presence under pressure
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of residential construction experience, with at least 3 years in a project management role
- Proven success managing complex, high-end custom home builds
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, CoConstruct, Procore)
- A passion for quality, design, and delivering an exceptional client experience
