For over 50 years, we have been recognized as one of New York's leading personal injury law firms. As we grow our team, we are seeking a Personal Injury Attorney to join our Manhattan office. The attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in personal injury cases on a day-to-day basis. 

Must have Personal Injury experience and be admitted to the New Jersey State Bar.

Who You Are:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar (New York Admission - Plus) 
  • Personal Injury Experience
  • Proven ability to provide legal advice, conduct research, and negotiate settlements.
  • Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing? 

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on personal injury matters.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support the development of legal strategies.
  • Negotiate settlements and represent clients in various legal proceedings, including pre-trial conferences, depositions, and mediations.
  • Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and other staff to ensure the smooth handling of cases.
