Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to optimize our manufacturing processes, enhance product quality, and reduce costs through innovative engineering solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, along with proficiency in CAD tools.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes that meet quality standards and optimize efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design products and tooling that meet customer specifications.
Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to identify waste and improve production flow.
Create and maintain engineering drawings and documentation for manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality assurance protocols.
Participate in cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements in manufacturing operations.
Support the adoption of automation technologies in production processes.
Provide training and guidance to manufacturing staff on best practices and new technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in CAD software for design and engineering.
Experience with Quality Assurance and ISO standards in a manufacturing setting.
Familiarity with materials science and manufacturing processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysis.
Experience with project management and cross-functional team collaboration.
