Process Engineer

Location: Mason City, IA
Salary: $75-120k plus 20% bonus

Position Overview
The Process Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role focuses on implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives across production lines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement TPM strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement using Six Sigma methodologies.
Facilitate continuous improvement projects, applying Lean principles such as 5S and Kaizen.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process alignment and effectiveness.
Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices in manufacturing and maintenance.
Utilize data analysis tools like Minitab to monitor process performance and identify trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and practices.
Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
