Manufacturing Engineer

Position Overview
We're a rapidly growing medical device company seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on improving manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and optimizing production efficiency. The role involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement manufacturing systems that meet industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for medical devices and electromechanical products.
Utilize SolidWorks for mechanical design and product development.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and 21 CFR part 820 standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, quality assurance, and production to ensure seamless product manufacturing.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for production issues.
Participate in the design and implementation of new manufacturing equipment and technologies.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in medical device or pharmaceutical industries.
Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and mechanical design principles.
Familiarity with electromechanical systems and their manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of ISO 13485 and 21 CFR part 820 regulatory requirements.
Experience in aeronautical manufacturing is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
