Maintenance Supervisor

Title: Maintenance Supervisor (Day Shift)
Location: Richmond, IN (Relocation can be provided for the right candidate)

Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role involves managing a team of maintenance technicians, prioritizing tasks, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maintain safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment and systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure reliability of equipment.
• Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency and importance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of parts and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address potential issues.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a maintenance supervisory or management role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
• Experience in leading and managing a team effectively.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred: Background in electrical and mechanical systems.
