About:

In business for 30 years, we are a custom metal fabrication and manufacturer with three facilities in the U.S. We provide metal fabrication, laser cutting, metal stamping, powder coating, prototyping and welding. We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team.

Compensation and Benefits:

$17/hr - $25/hr

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain Trumpf CNC machines, including laser cutting, punching, and bending equipment.
Set up machines according to production specifications and blueprints.
Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve machine errors or malfunctions.
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize workflow.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Experience with Trumpf machines TruPunch 2020 and Trumpf TruPunch 3000
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
