Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Location: On-site in Atlanta, GA

Salary: $55-65K base salary

Our team is committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation, and we are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, bilingual Personal Injury Paralegal to support our litigation attorneys.

Responsibilities:

Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury litigation, from case intake to trial.
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence.
Coordinate discovery, including document production and preparation for depositions.
Manage and organize case files, medical records, and evidence.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, insurance companies, and court personnel in both English and Spanish.
Prepare trial materials, including exhibits, case summaries, and witness lists.
File court documents electronically and maintain accurate case tracking.
Ensure deadlines and filing requirements are met to support litigation proceedings

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency English and Spanish required.
2+ years of personal injury litigation experience.
Bachelor's degree, or Paralegal Certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of legal research tools
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
