Title: Inventory Control Lead- Food Manufacturing
Location: Cincinnati, OH 45241 (north Cincinnati)
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 + 8% 401k Match

Founded in 1926 we are a 3rd generation family owned 100 employee manufacturer of condiments, specialty sauces and ingredients for customers across the US. We have 2 facilities (1 in Baltimore & the other here in north Cincinnati) that manufacture products for the retail, foodservice, co-pack, private label and industrial marketplaces. We've experienced huge growth these past 2 years increasing our headcount by over 40% as we continue to invest in new technologies and increase our market share in the space. We are looking to hire an Inventory Control Lead who can lead inventory control, cycle counts and material planning for our Cincinnati location.

What You Will Be Doing

Manage daily inventory counts & reconcile discrepancies
Oversee inventory transactions in ERP systems
Coordinate w/ production to forecast material needs
Implement best practices for inventory accuracy
Lead cycle counts, physical inventory audit & material planning

What You Need for this Position

Bachelors in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or closely related field is ideal
4+ years of inventory control or warehouse leadership
Exposure to the food & beverage manufacturing space is a plus (manufacturing overall)
Strong ERP/MRP system proficienty (i.e. SAP, NetSuite)
Ability to analyze data & drive inventory accuracy
Effective communication across departments & shifts
