Infor CSI Consultant

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infor CSI Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Infor CloudSuite and CSI, utilizing Mongoose to deliver tailored solutions to our clients. This role involves consulting, system configuration, and providing expert guidance on best practices to optimize our client's use of Infor solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their business needs and requirements regarding Infor CloudSuite and CSI
Configure and customize Infor CSI solutions using Mongoose to meet client specifications
Provide training and support to clients on Infor systems and features
Assist in the implementation of Infor solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation of Infor applications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Infor solutions with existing systems and processes
Stay updated with the latest Infor product features and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Infor CloudSuite and CSI
Proficiency in Mongoose development and customization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience in providing training and support to end-users
