Multifamily GroundUp Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and Experienced Multifamily GroundUp Superintendent to oversee and manage the construction of multifamily residential projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of building projects from the ground up, while maintaining quality standards, budgets, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations on construction sites for multifamily projects.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
Manage project schedules and budgets, and report on progress to stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress and quality.
Resolve any issues that arise on-site in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
Facilitate communication between project teams and management, ensuring all parties are informed of project status.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Superintendent in multifamily construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Experience with Ground-Up construction projects is highly desirable.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
