Estate Planning Attorney

On pace to have our best year yet, we are looking to bring on a passionate Attorney to join our team! 

Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance to clients on estate planning, elder law, and long-term care issues, ensuring that clients' wishes are effectively documented and executed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
  • Draft and review estate planning documents tailored to clients' needs.
  • Assist clients with elder law issues, including long-term care planning and Medicaid eligibility.
  • Represent clients in probate and estate administration proceedings.
  • Educate clients about estate planning strategies and the implications of their choices.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to estate planning and elder law.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience in estate planning and elder law.
  • Strong understanding of long-term care issues and planning strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
