Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance to clients on estate planning, elder law, and long-term care issues, ensuring that clients' wishes are effectively documented and executed.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance on estate planning matters, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
Draft and review estate planning documents tailored to clients' needs.
Assist clients with elder law issues, including long-term care planning and Medicaid eligibility.
Represent clients in probate and estate administration proceedings.
Educate clients about estate planning strategies and the implications of their choices.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to estate planning and elder law.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
Proven experience in estate planning and elder law.
Strong understanding of long-term care issues and planning strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
