Environmental Engineer

Position Overview
The Environmental Engineer will focus on designing, implementing, and overseeing environmental projects that enhance sustainability and compliance with environmental regulations. The role involves collaborating with a range of stakeholders to ensure effective environmental planning and the successful execution of engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement environmental engineering projects
Conduct environmental assessments and audits
Manage environmental permitting processes
Analyze environmental data and metrics
Develop sustainability solutions to enhance environmental resiliency
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders on project requirements
Oversee project management tasks including budgeting, scheduling, and invoicing
Provide technical evaluation and consultation on environmental matters
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve goals
Prepare technical reports and graphical presentations for various audiences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in environmental engineering
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes
Experience in project management and financial oversight
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficiency in data interpretation and technical writing
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability practices
