Employment Law Defense Attorney

Location: This is a Fully Remote position. Candidates MUST be barred in CA.

Compensation: $165,000 - $185,000+ Base Salary plus Bonuses, 401k Matching, and excellent Comprehensive Benefits!

*Bonuses kick in after 1575 Billable Hours!*

Are you a skilled attorney with a passion for defending employers in complex legal matters? Your Role: As an Employment Law Defense Attorney, you will:

  • Represent employers in employment law disputes, including Class Actions and PAGA cases.
  • Develop and execute effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Provide legal counsel to clients on employment law compliance and risk management.
  • Handle all phases of litigation, including pre-trial motions, discovery, mediation, and trial.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver exceptional service and results.

What We're Looking For:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in California.
  • Proven experience (min. 3-5 years) defending employers in employment law cases, with a strong focus on Class Actions and PAGA matters.
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client service.
