Construction Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects within the hospitality and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations on construction sites
Coordinate and supervise construction activities
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress and provide updates to management
Maintain project schedules using MS Project and Procore
Assist in budgeting and cost management
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent
Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations
Experience in hospitality and commercial construction projects
Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project and Procore
OSHA 30 certification is preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to travel to various job sites as needed
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
