Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and project coordination to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage day-to-day commercial construction activities to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee project safety, scheduling, and financial performance from start to finish.
Resolve challenges efficiently to maintain timelines and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
Negotiate and execute subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, Procore software, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering preferred.
7+ years of commercial construction experience (10+ years without a degree).
Knowledge of current market conditions, pricing trends, and construction techniques.
OSHA 30-Hour Certification preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, and Excel.
