Commercial Window Sales Representative

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Window Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a wide range of window products, including smart windows, custom designs, and various materials such as metal, vinyl, fiberglass, laminated glass, tempered glass, wood, and aluminum. This role aims to drive sales growth by building relationships with commercial clients and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients, contractors, and architects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial window market.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
Provide expert advice on window products, including smart windows and custom designs.
Prepare and submit accurate quotes and proposals for window projects.
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales projections accurately.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the window or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of window products and materials, including smart windows, metal, vinyl, fiberglass, laminated glass, tempered glass, wood, and aluminum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations.
