Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and manage all project activities from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
