Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of water and sewer construction projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing invoices.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications.
Lead project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues or challenges.
Prepare and review project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
Administer contracts and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of work.
Prepare submittals and manage punchlist items to finalize project deliverables.

Required Qualifications

3+ years civil superintendent experience
Utility experience (water, sewer, etc)

Preferred Qualifications

P6 or P7 license would be outstanding
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proficient in project management software such as P6, HCSS, and Excel.
Excavation / sitework experience a nice bonus
