Salary: $80K-$95K + Commission

Position Overview
We are a nationwide disaster restoration company that is in search of a restoration industry professional to step into a player/coach role at one of our smaller branches in Gainesville. The Branch Manager/Project Manager will oversee day-to-day office operations while having a ton of back-office support at their disposal, lead a small team and also run jobs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a positive work environment, leading team performance and driving the branch's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, including estimating costs and managing resources.
• Utilize Xactimate software for accurate project estimates.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices in project management and water damage mitigation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Lead team meetings to communicate project objectives, timelines, and progress updates.
• Implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property damage restoration project management.
• Strong proficiency in estimating and using Xactimate software.
• IICRC Certification is preferred.
• Excellent leadership skills with a focus on team development and motivation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and contractors.
• Experience with industry tools such as MICA and DocuSketch is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
