Associate Attorney
Base Salary: $150,000 - $190,000 + Bonuses
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will support our litigation efforts and assist in various legal proceedings, while also gaining valuable experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Participate in trial preparation and strategy development.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case arguments.
- Attend depositions and client meetings to gather important case information.
- Draft and review contracts and other legal documents as needed.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation cases.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and procedures.
- Excellent legal writing and research skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Experience in trial preparation and conducting depositions is a plus.
