Senior Counsel

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and representation in litigation matters, including toxic tort, products liability, and personal injury cases.
Develop and implement legal strategies to effectively manage complex litigation, including mass torts and class actions.
Collaborate with internal teams and outside counsel to ensure effective case management and resolution.
Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions related to litigation matters.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide informed legal opinions.
Attend court hearings, mediations, and depositions as necessary; represent the organization in legal proceedings.

Qualifications

Jur Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 7 years of litigation experience, with a focus on toxic tort and products liability.
Strong understanding of personal injury law and experience with mass torts and class actions.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
