The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and assisting with audits and payroll. This role also involves contributing to special projects and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Perform weekly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of cash balances.
- Provide financial data to support the budgeting process for various projects.
- Collaborate with Accounts Payable to review statements and ensure proper coding and entry of invoices.
- Work with Accounts Receivable to ensure timely billing and project compliance.
- Assist with payroll processing, job costing, and reconciliation tasks.
- Utilize LCP Tracker for certified payroll entry.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of balance sheets to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of organization and detail.
- Process-oriented with strong time management capabilities.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and handle competing priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with payroll entry, coding, and reconciliation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Sage Contractor 100 and Procore is advantageous.
- Excellent mathematical, accounting, and analytical abilities, with a knack for critical thinking and problem-solving.
